Will I have to get rid of all my things? + -

No way! We work together to decide what stays, what goes, and what has the best use in your space. Your decisions, your pace.

Are the cost of products and bins included? + -

These are billed separately. We’ll discuss your budget, design, and approve all products before purchasing. I’ll handle the shopping so you don’t have to worry about any store runs.

Is shopping time included in my package? + -

For packages of 10 hours or more, shopping time is on us—complimentary!

What happens to the items I’m getting rid of? + -

We help you sort items for donation, giveaway, or disposal. Depending on your package, we can handle donations or schedule a pickup. We can also prep items for sale, but selling them will be up to you. If you need junk removal, we’ll connect you with a trusted company.

What if I need a closet redesign from scratch? + -

No problem! We can design your closet and work with closet companies that fit your style and budget.

Do I need to be there during the process? + -

It’s helpful to be there for decluttering, so you can decide what stays and what goes. If you can’t be there, we’ll either leave you some “homework” or stay in touch via text.

Will my information be kept confidential? + -

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority.

Moving FAQs
What happens to all the boxes and wrapping paper? + -

After unpacking, we’ll flatten the boxes and paper into bags. We can donate them to someone else who’s moving, put them by the curb for recycling, or help arrange a bulk pickup.

Do I need to provide moving supplies? + -

We can supply them, or you can—let’s discuss what works best for you.

The moving truck didn’t give me an exact date. How do I book? + -

Long-distance moves often come with a 10-day arrival range. We schedule with flexibility in mind and will meet the truck from Sunday through Friday, whenever it arrives.

How far in advance should I reserve, if I’m unsure of my exact moving date? + -

As soon as you’re considering moving! Since moving trucks provide an estimated window, and we focus on only a few moves each month, the earlier you reserve, the better. We’ll confirm the exact date closer to your move.

Who will sign off that the inventory arrived in good condition? + -

We’ll mark every box as it arrives and note any visible damage before signing off. We ensure your items are received in the best condition possible.
